Beach Leisure
The beach at Gigante is located just in front of Casa Amarilla and the water tempature varies from the mid 70s (farenhiet) in the winter months to the mid 80s during the summer month. Gigante Bay is blocked off from the prevailing south swell by the Gigante Point headland. The protected beach area typically provides calm waters for beachgoers seeking a relaxing experience with beautiful views and an occasional leasurely dip in the Pacific. The beach on the southern side of of the bay is usually empty and best for lounging on the beach. The northern end of the beach is where the fisherman live and launch and land their boats.
