Booking Process
Booking Casa Amarilla
Select your desired booking period on the website calendar. Unavailable dates are marked in red on the calendar. Seasonal rates for renting the home and a selection of meal options is shown on the Rates page.
Once you have selected your desired booking period, you need to fill out the Booking Form
Booking Conversation
Upon receipt of your e-mail with your selected dates, we will contact you via e mail within seven days to answer any questions or provide additional information. We will answer all of your questions and provide additional information for any of the services that you have interest in.
We commit to respond to your request within 7 days. E mails are checked at least twice a week. The owners are frequently traveling and do not have daily access to the internet.
Invoice and Payment
Once you have decided to stay at Casa Amarilla, we will send you a PayPal invoice for the Rental Deposit and Security Deposit to confirm your reservation and block the calendar. A 50% Rental Deposit and a 300.00 USD damage security deposit are required to confirm your reservation. We use Paypal to process invoices and payments. The Paypal system is secure and easy to use. The PayPal system accepts all credit cards as well as e checks. You do not have to have a PayPal account to use the PayPal system. Reservations will be confirmed and the calendar blocked when Deposit payment has been received into the Paypal system.
A full refund, less a 10% processing fee, for all deposits if cancellation notice is received at least 90 days in advance of first day of the rental period. The damage security deposit will be refunded to you upon your departure, provided that there is no damage to the home, other than “normal wear and tear”. No Rental Deposit refunds are available if the cancellation notice is sent less than 90 days prior to the first day of the selected rental period. The damage security deposit, less a 10% processing fee, will be refunded if you cancel at any time.
The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to occupancy.We will send a second PayPal invoice for the remaining rental fee payment approximately 45 days prior to your arrival.
