Casa Amarilla

GiganteNicaragua.comCasa Amarilla is a 190 square meter (just under 2100 sq ft) single family home overlooking Gigante Bay. The home has a fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms, two air conditioned bedrooms and a large living/dining area for relaxing. The home can accomodate 4 people in the two bedrooms and air beds for two additional persons can be set up in the Sala. The home is elevated and features a large veranda that provides dramatic sunset views.


Meals

GiganteNicaragua.comCasa Amarilla is equipped with a complete kitchen, including all utensils and cookware for visitors to cook their own meals. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, gas stove and oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender and toaster. The Pie de Gigante cafe style restaurant is located right next door if you choose to skip the cooking and eat out.

Rates

GiganteNicaragua.comRates vary with the seasons. The Surf and Holiday seasons are the highest demand periods. The Surf season runs from April 1 thru August 31 and the Off season runs from September 1 through March 31. Rental rates are reduced during the Off season.
